A 19.16-acre parcel of land on Lake Hayward Road, Colchester, will be the site of Lake Hayward of Colchester Apartments, it was announced by Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development. Lyman represented seller Roaring Brook Advisors, LLC. Buyer Lake Hayward Properties LLC, represented by Williams Realty, purchased the parcel for $390,000. It is to be developed by ASW, LLC.
Lake Hayward of Colchester Apartments will be located in the woodlands of Lake Hayward, just off Route 2. The complex will include 13 buildings housing 195 one- and two-bedroom apartments, which will feature modern kitchens, large closets, and washer/dryers in every unit. Thirty of the apartments have been specifically identified as affordable housing.
Amenities in the complex will include a club house and fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and a community patio and grilling area. The new rental community is being built by the same company that developed North Woods of Colchester and Four Seasons of Colchester.
